Could you take a look at - https://staging.jeps-psychotherapie.nl - specifically the Header. It consists of two bars but when navigating to each page and then scrolling on that page the bottom bar briefly jumps over the top bar before it settles. And someties it does it again when scrolling up again.
I’m sure I’ve encountered it before but can’t find the remedy. I made a screenrecording:

Fixed it by using 1 bar with two containers on top of each other.
