Header Bar Spacing and logo and menu allignment

Hi Ex-X-Team,

The last time I really used X-Theme was before the great upgrade. So besides being a bit rusty this new Apex forum is just not user friendly and does not provide nearly as much solutions as previous themeco support.

I’m struggling to get my header right… thought I will upgrade to Pro since it said that Pro makes header design so much easier. But after upgrading I realised that I made a big mistake cause Pro is not user friendly, the header design is a mess.

So I’m back to trying to fix it with customiser and CSS code.

Can you please help me with the codes to:

  1. left align the header logo in the middle of the header bar
  2. Set header menus to left right after the logo also in the middle of the header bar.

Thanks,
Werner

PS Is there no way that I can convert back to normal X theme?

Hi Jade,

Thanks for the feedback, I took some time to look at the headers video and it is a bit easier now.

But I have a question, which I can solve:

If I want to have a logo and menu bar in line to the left but additional buttons to the right of the bar, how can I do this?

You will notice from my attached pic, that the social buttons at the top are evenly spaced but I want them to be together to the right of the bar.

Thanks!

Hi there,

The link which you’ve provided is not similar to what you had in the screenshots but in general, if you want to make a specific element align differently in a container use the self-align box:

Also in some cases by setting the margin left or margin right property to AUTO it will completely go to the opposite side of the normal container.
