Is this normal for a sticky header bar to glitch when I scroll?

Thanks for posting in! The bar can be positioned as relative or absolute. Before it becomes a sticky bar, it needs to reach the top of the page as you scroll the page. You may need to make sure that you keep margin of the bar and set the trigger offset to 0 in the bar settings.
