Header bar positioning, sizing and sticky

I had my bars set to show and not show and also sized to not look weird like it is now then I lost my settings. Can you help me set the bars so they look normal upon scrolling.

My one page menu should show when you scroll down and it will cover the custom menu

I want both menu bars under the top bar with the text in it.

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that the Top Menu bar is Sticky and that is why it is overlapping with the One Page Nav bar, I went ahead and disable the Sticky option from Top Menu and now the Navigation bar is working fine.

Where can I see a video or read about how to understand the options under the Sticky setting? I am also confused how to space my bars and the content with-in it while getting the sticky drop down to be in the right place and have the right timing.
