Header Background Video Loop

Hi Guys,

I was searching the support forum to see if there is a way to disable looping of a background header video in Pro… I’ve found conflicting answers, such as this one that says it’s not possible without custom development:

And these that offer jQuery/js accomplish it:

I tried both of the solutions offered (although I may not have done it correctly), with no luck. Any help would be appreciated…

Also, is it possible for the video to play on mobile, or is it designed not to show on mobile (only the poster image)?

I am seeing JS errors on the console. Those errors might prevent other custom JS from working.

The first error is related to GTAG. Please doubel check fi your GTAG code is set correctly.

The other one is about media element. Let’s try basictroubleshooting first. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Yes, it is designed to show poster image only on mobile.
