Header background image not appearing?

Dear Xtheme Support,

Sorry to keep bothering you, with basic errors, but I am struggling to add background image to header of my website (using Auto demo content download - Integrity theme). Website url: http://www.itechautos.com/

the custom CSS I am using is pasted below, the code adds background to footer fine, but image does not appear in the header, can you offer any advice.

Please try this for the header background:

.x-navbar-inner {
    background: url('http://www.itechautos.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/Seamless-Carbon-Fiber.jpg') no-repeat center top;
}
