Hey Y’all,

I’m trying to set up a custom post type using Custom Post Type UI but the page template and header are not working.

Thanks for the great explanation!

Did you try making any of the headers as “Global”? it should work as I know that custom headers aren’t supporting custom post type, I mean only Global Headers can override the theme default header from being there on custom post type pages.

We already have a feature request opened regarding this feature, I’ll make sure to add your vote for this one there.

After finally finding the button to make the header global, my problem is solved.

Here’s a video showing how to set a global header in case anyone else can’t find it.
