Header and Layout gone after update to 4.0.4

Hi there
I updated to version 4.04. After the update the startpage looks ok within the page builder but not in the frontend.
So far I disabled all plugins, changed from child to pro theme an vice versa. I couldn’t find the problem.

Any further suggestions?

ok I found somm css that I removed. The Header is working now.
On the right side I had a widget area which has gone. There is still an issue with blog posts which are not showing up on the frontend.

Thanks for writing to us.

There might be the issue of cache or custom CSS and JS customization. Please sure you have added the widget in the sidebar. I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues.

  1. Testing For Plugin Conflict
  2. Child Theme
  3. Css/Js Customization
  4. Increasing Php Memory Limit
  5. Disabling Cache
  6. Disabling Cdn
  7. Permalinks

If it doesn’t work for you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
