Header and Footer layout elements inaccessible (take 2)

I asked this earlier this year, but didn’t follow up, and now that the topic is closed, I am reopening it.

On an old site that has remained unchanged online for many years, the header and footer layout elements are no longer accessible, despite running the latest Cornerstone. They are still loaded on every page, so the site is not broken, but can’t be edited, which is problematic. Any ideas?

I added details in the secured note as requested in the previous topic.

Hello @p3ob7o,

Thanks for writing to us.

I checked your site and found that there is currently no custom header or footer set up. I also reviewed the page, and the page builder appears to be working as expected at the moment. To assist further, I created a custom header on your server for testing and confirmed that it is working properly. Could you please share the exact URL of the header/footer so we can review and guide you accordingly?

Thanks

When you look at this page: https://ormelune-staging.mystagingwebsite.com/en/

You see the header at the top, with the logo, and the footer at the bottom with the address.

These are header and footer elements, they are not part of the layout of each page, and they used to be accessible when I was using X. They do still work, but I can’t locate them to edit them.

I am referring to global header and footer

Found the footer code in the global settings. Hunting for how the header is defined now

Hello @p3ob7o,

You have not created a custom Header/Footer, so the Pro theme is rendering the default Header/Footer. You need to go to the Cornerstone->Theme Option->Header/Footer.

Hope it helps
Thanks

It did help, thank you!

You are most welcome, @p3ob7o.
