Header and footer changes not showing on live site

Hi there

I have different headers and footers that appear on different pages. I’ve been making some changes to them recently, but these changes aren’t showing on the live site. I have assigned the headers and footers to the specific pages correctly, and I’ve been making other changes to the pages, which have been showing on the live site, so it’s no a refreshing/caching issue.

I’d appreciate it if you could have a look and see why these changes aren’t going through.

Hello Ryan,

Thanks for writing to us.

It seems that it is an issue of cache I would suggest you please “Purge cache for all pages” and “Purge minify cache” then temporarily deactivate the WP-Optimize - Clean, Compress, Cache plugin and recheck it again. Please have a look at the given screenshot below.

Hi Prakash. I have done all of this but the issues still remain. Some of the page headers and footers just aren’t reflecting those that are assigned to them. Please help.

Hi Ryan,

I have checked the pages, and it show the Header and Footer properly. I would suggest you specify the page where you are having the problem, so we can only investigate those pages only.

I have specified the affected pages and related headers/footers in the secure note.

You will see the Services page has a particular header set up, but it is displaying the home header.

Hi Ryan,

I have checked the Services page and found that the home header has been set through the Layout Settings of the Page as shown in the following screenshot.

Please change it accordingly and check if that resolves your problem or not. Regarding the footer issue, I have checked it but didn’t find any specific issue. Can you please specify the problem you are facing in the Mobile?
