Header and footer are not showing on frontend

i have created a new header and footer. Its showing on the edit mode but not appearing after saving.

it is not showing on the frontend as well. can any one help on it.

Thanks for writing to us.

After creating the Header/Footer you need to assign the Header/Footer. In case if you haven’t seen the Header/Footer builder doc please have a look at it.

If it doesn’t work for you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts
