How do I get the footer to move back to the bottom of the page?

I just check your website and I don’t see the issue you are referring to. Would you mind sharing more details on how to replicate your issue? On the other hand, the credential you provided is not working and when I visit the front-end there’s also an error. Please update the credential with the correct one.

It was also seen side-by-side by someone else looking at the front end. I don’t know how to replicate it, as it’s comes up like that when I go to my website.

I check all the pages of your website and I can’t replicate the issue (please see the secure note for full viewing of one of your pages). Maybe this is just a cache issue, I suggest that you clear your browser cache and any 3rd party cache plugin.

The problem is appearing on the home page only. For now, I’ve chosen the template ‘no container, header, no footer’, because I don’t want clients going onto my website to see it looking bizarre.

When I change the template back to ‘no container, header, footer’ - the issue is still there as in the image above.

I’ve tried clearing the cache on my browser and also the ‘purge SG cache’ and also clearing out system junk. The issue still remains.

I checked your site homepage it seems that the header is working fine, I went ahead to your inner pages as well and it is working fine for me. I would suggest you clear your browser cache and then check it again.

If the issue still persists please let us know. Please let us know which browser are you using and the version of the browser. Please make sure you have not installed any browser that stops JS/CSS loading.

I have tested it on Google Chrome 90.0.4430.93

I’ve cleared my browser cache many times to no avail. This is not a suitable fix. I feel like we are going backwards and forwards here for 3 days and it is getting frustrating.

Did you change the page template to ‘no container, header, footer’ before you went to the home page?

As I mentioned above, If you go and look at the home page it will look normal as I’ve removed the footer (by changing the page template to be ‘no footer’, so that when my clients see it, it doesn’t show.

I need to be able to also include the footer and for it not to appear next to the header.

This has only happened recently after the latest release. It’s been working fine until now.

The browser is:

Thanks for clarifying the steps which help us to replicate the issue at your end. The issue you are having mostly happens due to the Broken HTML. I went ahead and found the About section Text element content has been added through the Rich Text editor and adding another extra newline which is the cause of your issue. I went ahead and removed the extra newline from the HTML editor and the issue got resolved.
