Header and Content jumps on page scroll

Hi,
My content jumps when I scroll my page on mobile and desktop. I want very smooth scrolling on my page.
I tried few solution but nothing works. I tried switching from Relative to Absolute under Bar > Setup but then the title of the page in the content area move all the way up and some part hides behind the nav bar in both mobile and desktop.



Apart from Content area, my header also shakes in both mobile and desktop.

I also tried the solution provided below and I have experienced more problems after that.

My background image under the header moved up to positon 0,0. Header is on top of the background image.
Also my background colour for header is rgba(32, 37, 41, 0.9), so when I scroll up, I see 2 headers criss-crossing each other because of transparency.

Please switch it back to Absolute and change the background position of your images to 0 53px:
