I must apologize, my original comment was slightly incorrect. The webpage is displaying without issue on iOS version 9+, however, below version 9, it is still a problem.
Thanks for updating the thread, so I understand that the problem occurs only with devices on iOS version less than 9, which is very very small percentages of devices if you checked these two resources:
We are talking about 0.63% of iOS devices, this isn’t the main problem here actually, but the problem is that we can’t even configure a simulator on Xcode to reproduce this issue, as iOS version 8 isn’t supported by Apple in Xcode any more, check this screenshot:
iOS 9.3 is the latest supported version to run a simulator, I couldn’t find a way to run this old version of iOS on a recent device, hence I couldn’t reproduce this issue, I believe with this small percentage of the currently devices with this version, upgrading the software tends to be a must to avoid such issues, of course along with patching all these security holes in that old software.
