Header allocation stopped working

Hi there

I had no problem with the assignment of headers in pro but suddenly it doesn’t work. I am not aware if it is due to updates in the pro theme.

Currently I have the case that this header

with condition “swiss” is also shown at our page “lufthansa”

www.followme.aero/lufthansa

But the page followme.aero/lufthansa has its own header allocated but this allocated header is simply not shown.

I deleted the allocation 1st in the swiss header, then in the lufthansa header, reassigned everything but still the same result.

No clue why this happens.

I enclosed already my credentials, it looks for me like a bug.

Hi Andreas,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website and found the issue you described, but not able to replicate it in the local environment. There might be some different reasons behind your reason, I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Disabling Cache
5.CSS/JS Customization

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

Hi

Sadly none of the above points 1-5 helped.

You can troubleshoot in our live environment, because as it is with faulty headers displayed it is useless anyways and we do have backups for every day.

As we are going to run a marketing campaign as soon as possible your help is appreciated because we cannot send it as long as we have a faulty homepage.

Thanks
Andreas

Hi Andreas,

For some reason while I am debugging your website, it is not accessible anymore. Please fix the issue so that we can continue debugging your header problem.

Hope that helps.

Thank you.

could you please try again? It is perfectly accessible for me

thanks
andreas

Hey Andreas,

In the bottom of the header builder, you can find the WPML translation flags:

You will have to make sure that in both languages, you have the same condition.

I went ahead and edited the header. Check the live view of the page now as it is using the assigned header already.

thanks a lot for the help
