Having trouble transferring and installing X and Pro

Hi I bought X years ago and bought a new license today as my domain name have changed since then.
I was having trouble changing the url as it would keep giving me this error

Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.

So bought a new license in case this was a problem, but it’s still not working.

Thanks for reaching out.

I see that you tried both domain base and full-URL based assignment, and still the same. In that case, would you mind providing your site’s admin login credentials in the secure note for further checking?

If your site is installed in a sub-folder, then I recommend using full URL, eg. http://example.com/sub-install/ instead of just example.com.
