Having trouble inserting animated progress bar shortcode in Convert Plus popup

Hello,

Created shortcodes for custom animated counters but they are not showing up correctly on the custom popup created with Convert Plus (custom blank template). Pretty sure I’m not doing this right…

Using editor on a blank template and pasting the same code I would use in Wordpress or Cornerstone but it’s not showing up on the modal. Everything else works.

Thanks for reaching out.

The shortcode may need to load the styling and scripts too which isn’t possible in a modal. The modal is initially hidden which will also affect the on-load rendering of your shortcodes. Hence, it may not really work. Modal windows are more recommended on plain HTML content, scripts would work too if there is a integration. But this shortcode doesn’t have integration with ConvertPlus API.

Would you mind providing a sample URL where this modal is? Maybe it needs a simple script to trigger the rendering upon modal-open. Else, it’s not gonna work.

Hi,

The popup is linked to “90% of all companies…”
For now, I have just a jpg for FPO.

Below is login/link if you wish to have a closer look.
I managed to have the popup and counter appear on a page/image link but colors are being overwritten.
This may be too complicated to make it function properly… Maybe I should create a popup in the Cornerstone element or just have the content link to its own page. Client wants five counters on there…

I have checked the page and the counters. Regretfully it only works on a page and it does not work in a lightbox or modal popup.

Ended up creating a page to have all the info and the counters. Works fine like that. was too much for a popup anyway.
