Having some plugin display issues with X and Pro

Anspress plugin is another one (CM Answers) that have displaying issues. Categories won’t appear in X or Pro, but appear fine in
the default plugins.

Any suggestions?

I have X installed here - http://wommle.com/questions/categories/cooking/

And a default theme installed here - https://chiclogic.com/questions/categories/cooking/

The category displays on default theme but not X or Pro.

Hey @sottykat,

Comparing the two setups, the notable difference is in X, it uses the excerpt while in the default theme, it uses full content. Can you try go to Appearance > Theme Options > Blog and set your Archives > Style to Standard

And, enable Full Post Content on Index.

Style was set to Standard already, and I turned on Full Post Content. Still no luck, not appearing.

The main page shows the categories now,

but clicking on any category, still a blank page
http://wommle.com/questions/categories/technology/

Any other ideas why individual category pages will not show the content?

Hi there,

Please provide your login credentials on both sites, and please provide your FTP login credentials as well. This is a 3rd party plugin so I can’t really promise any solution but I can always add this to our issue tracker once I gathered enough information. My assumption is because of the template being used and archive pages are supposed to display EXCERPT or FULL-CONTENT but looks like it’s different in that plugin as it needs to loads its full functionality.
