X them pro is not working on our GoDaddy hosting site. This is the second time we’ve had a major problem when we updated X Theme and the first time we had to delete and re-install. We’ve tried to simply go to a back-up date and use it, but that is not working either. Is there a compatibility problem with GoDaddy’s Wordpress hosting, a problem with extensions/add ons? We haven’t added anything new for a long time.

There is not, but it’s usually due to cache. And sometimes, clearing their caches won’t clear 100%, and there is no way to confirm if it really clears it. I had the same issues with Godaddy and my site was just a standard/minimal one.
I would suggest testing it with Godaddy staging and make sure their cache is inactive while testing.
