Having Problems With The Content Background Color Needing Window Resize to Work

Good day, please see the following page in different browsers:

310baseball.com/events

The white background of the content is white on Chrome. On Safari, that opaque background disappears until you resize the window. Any way to fix this?

I do not have this problem when setting my site layout to Boxed. Only in Fullwidth mode.

Hi @nareewong,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked the given URL in the Safari browser using the online browser testing tool and didn’t found the issue you described. If that is not the case and you are trying to point out something else, please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem.

Thanks

Here’s what it looks like on my Safari. The same issue happens in Mobile view as well.

The same pages on Chrome:

Again, this issue only appears when I set the site to Fullwidth. In Boxed, the background issue no longer occurs. Also, in Safari on Fullwidth, if I RESIZE the browser window, the background corrects itself. However I cannot expect the end user to assume this fact.

Hello @nareewong,

I am using Safari on MacOs and I could not replicate the issue. This is what I am seeing on my screen:

Please make sure that your Safari browser is up to date. You may need to clear your browser cache first or use private browsing mode and test your site again.

Also happens on Mobile.

Hi @nareewong,

I have checked it again through the Browser Device tool and Online Device tools but unable to replicate the issue you described here. I would suggest you consult with a local developer who can inspect and investigate the issue specifically at your machine.

Hope that helps.
Thanks

I understand but I’m able to replicate on several devices on my end between 3 macbooks and 2 iphones.

Hello @nareewong,

I am another staff I checked your given page URL on my phone (iPhone 7) it seems that it is working fine at my end. It might be the browser cache issue at your end.

Please have a look at the given screenshot below.

Chrome

Safari

Thanks
