Having one page use Ethos styling

Hi,
I really like the Ethos posts presentation (thumbnails are horizontal to the title and excerpt). I would like to utilize this styling in the posts page only (http://www.mobileod.s6.fcomet.com/wpmobile/news-2/page/3/).
Is this possible?
Thanks!

OK scratch that, I just switched to Ethos and don’t seem to experience any problems.
Thanks!
