Having issues with Looper Pagination

I am having issues getting the Pagination to show up for my looper on this page. I have temporarily hidden the section for now.

Can you let me know what Ive missed here and any instructions on how to fix it,

I created a temporary workaround with JS…I still would like to know what I did wrong on the looper tho

It appears that pagination has been applied to a standard page. Please note that the default pagination element is designed to work with archive and single layout templates, not regular pages. Implementing pagination on standard pages would require custom development. Kindly note that custom development is outside the scope of our support.
