I am trying to validate so I can load Agency theme on my domain. I have previously set up a staging domain and that has worked fine. Now I need to start transferring my custom templates over to the main domain. I have entered my order number and also license number, but keep getting this message: Uh oh , we couldn’t check if this license was valid. [Details.]. I have checked the support forum and have un-checked the staging site, but no success. Please help!

I can see you do have X licenses. But on your site X is not active but rather Twenty Eleven. Is that intentional? Your license will not working on Cornerstone plugin but when X is active. Please activate X so we can try the license issue. For the mean time, check this documentation.
