Thanks for the very detailed video.

You will need to make sure that the z-index of the button is on top of the image.
You might need to check this out: https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/layer-animations-timeline/#layers-timing-sorting

And make sure that you also have inserted the button correctly.
