Having a 'featured' panel at the top of my blog post

Good morning,

I wish to have a top panel on each blog post as an introduction and then a more traditional layout under.

Basically like this: https://www.falcon.io/insights-hub/topics/social-media-management/social-media-images-guides/

The only way I can think of achieving this is to have a global block for that top panel. My main concern is will search engines be able to read this global block??

Hi @hyperdrive_boom,

Thanks for reaching out.
To achieve what you are expecting you need to modify the single post layout and is required customization, which is beyond the scope of the theme support. I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you to do the customization or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where the customization questions are answered.

On the other hand, in the near future you will get more options to create your single post design using Layout Builder, please find the status report: https://theme.co/content/status-report-june-02-2020

Thanks

Thank you for this update, I am coding right now and is going well -

My main concern is will search engines be able to read this global block??

Hi @hyperdrive_boom,

The Global Blocks works same as the other part of the page, so there may not be any issues with the Search Engine on this.

Thanks
