A client of ours would like to have sections and footer that will behave like the sections and footer on this page: https://sculptingwithtime.com/ , as in, have everything slide upwards when a user scrolls through the page.
Is that possible? We looked into it, but were unable to figure out how to exactly accomplish that, if it’s possible.

Please be advised that Fade Animation effect is only available if you use the classic section, row and columns. You may insert a one column classic row, classic section and then apply the fade effect which can be enabled in the classic column settings.
To add the classic section, go to the Layout tab and hover over the “+ Add Section”.
While hovering the “+ Add Section”, press the Windows key or CMD key in your keyboard
Once the classic section is added, the fade animation effect is in the column settings.
