Hanging Editor

Hello there,

We recently updated Pro and now cannot edit any of our pages using Edit with Pro.

We can see one error in the console - see the attached, it seems to related to Cornerstone.

Any idea what is causing this to break?

We are using a child theme.

We have not made any recent changes to the CSS or JS as suggested here: https://theme.co/docs/common-issues#css-js-customization

We cannot see any compatibility issues.

It might be a problem with improper update of the Pro, I would suggest you deactivate and delete Pro and reinstall it by downloading from your Theme Account and check if that issue exists or not.
If that does not help, there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.Disabling Cache
4.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps and you are still getting the issue, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
