Handy website presentation sites not on the top edge

Hello,
the problem is the handy presentation,
each navigation clicked side is not on the top
so you see always the side before one third
how can isolve these problem
(margin and Patting is 0px)

but the problem is not solved
the smartphon Presentation is after clicking the Menue
not correct displayed
