I have tried to disable all plugins.
I have tried to remove all css.
Activated WP Super Cache.
The hamburger is still not working.
Any suggestions

I have just checked the links you have provided and it seems that you have updated Cornerstone to the latest version but the X installation on both links are outdated which is causing an incompatibility issue.
Kindly also update X to the latest version to avoid issues like this.
