Hamburger menu on mobile not working no plugs

Hi there

I have noticed that when I am logged in the mobile version of the menu works. But when I am logged out it doesn’t.

I will add the website address as a private note.

I will add the live website and also the staging which has all plugins disabled and does not work.

Hello, can somebody from the support team let us know that this is being looked into as we currently have a themeco website where on mobile devices they cannot use the navigation menu. There is also a $99 support package open on this topic too.

It looks as though this bug has been reported by other users from December of 2023 but there is nothing to suggest it has been fixed publicly. Please advise us of steps we need to take so that your Developers can fix this issue.

I checked your staging site on my Android phone Google Chrome version 122.0.6261.90 and it seems that the menu is working fine on my end. It might be the issue of the browse cache I would suggest you please clear your browser cache and recheck it.

This is being caused by WPROCKET… Here is the setting in WPROCKET where you can fix the issue where it mentioned THEMECO PRO.

Is your issue already resolved now? Just always remember that after every WP, theme or plugin updates, make sure to clear all your caches before testing the site again.
