After deactivating all plug-ins, the mobile hamburger menu still does not activate. I can see it, but nothing happens when touched. www.ContentMonsta.com I have WP version 4.9.8 and X Theme 5.1.0. I checked this thinking that you might tell me that I have incompatible versions. Is this the case that may be leading to my issue?
If so, how do I activate the theme on my test server without an additional license? I’m concerned about testing the updates on a live site as I cannot afford to have the active site break.
I took a chance (after creating a backup) and updated my X Theme from 4.9.8 to the latest version of 6.2.5.
This fixed the menu problem!
