Hamburger menu not responsive

Hi, I have tried on multiple phones and the hamburger menu button for my website doesn’t seem to be responsive. When you load the site, and press on the menu button, it looks as if the button is being selected.
But it doesn’t show the fold out menu.

Is works on the customizer page builder but not on my iphone.

Do you have a solution?

I am a bit, but not so familiar with css/ building websites.

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked the website listed in your Themeco Account but didn’t find the issue in my Android mobile phone or on smaller screens. If you are still facing the same issue in that URL, the cache might be the reason behind it, I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache including the Style Cache from Cornerstone > Settings > System > Clear Style Cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.

If that is not the case and you are trying to point out something else, please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem.

Thanks, it’sstill not working.
When I click on the button, it is selected and the following URL appears;

Ritardante - Ritardante de vertrager

but that’s all. No menu appears

Unfortunately, we are not able to replicate the issue you are describing here. Can you please mention the device, browser name, and version, and also the operating system you are using, that helps us to replicate the issue at our end? I would also request you create a video that helps us to understand what exactly you are seeing.
