Hamburger Menu issue: Not working on one particular page

Hi friends,

strange issue: On the webpage the hamburger menu works fine on mobiles.
Except for one page: https://ecvr.eu/demo-tour/
You can not click it on mobiles.
Caching is off. Any idea how to solve this?

Thank you,
Matt

Hi Matt,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked the specific page and found the problem with the Humberger menu as you described here. There might be some different reasons behind your reason, I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

  1. Theme Related Issue
  2. Plugin Conflict
  3. Theme Update related issue
  4. Child Theme Related issue
  5. CSS/JS Customization
  6. Disabling Cache
  7. Disabling CDN

Thank you Tristup,
I am aware of that and added a secure note.

Hi Matt,

I have checked the specific page where the problem occurs and found that the embed code added into the Raw Content element is the reason behind it. I have checked by removing the code from a test page and it worked. I would suggest removing the code, or else checking from where you have taken the code.
The external code issues are beyond the scope of Theme Support, I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you to do the customization or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where we answer the questions beyond normal theme support.

Thanks, that is strange, I’ll contact the developer of the plugin/embed code.

You are most welcome, Matt.

In case someone else runs into this issue: I found the solution.
It was a stupid sloppiness error…
I was missing the closing tag of the Iframe.

Hi Matt,

Glad that you are able to find the reason behind it.

Thanks
