Hamburger Menu Is Not Working

Hi, on my site, https://coffeebreaklovers.com, the hamburger menu doesn’t open when clicked on mobile. I’ve tested it on an iPhone 8 in Safari and Brave browsers.

If I reduce the browser on desktop to a certain size, the hamburger menu will appear on desktop as well. But it’s not clickable there either. I’ve tried on Chrome, Firefox and Safari in my MacBook.

I checked X Theme and Cornerstone but they both appear to have the most recent updates. Can anyone help me figure out why the menu won’t work?

Thank you,

Hi Oliver,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website and found that there are many JavaScript console errors that are blocking the click into the Humberger menu. I have also found some custom CSS code that is overriding the default settings of the Humberger menu.

There might be some different reasons behind your problem, I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

  1. Theme Related Issue
  2. Plugin Conflict
  3. Theme Update related issue
  4. Child Theme Related issue
  5. CSS/JS Customization
  6. Disabling Cache
  7. Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above help, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
