Hamburger Menu Is Glitching As A Block For Only Specific Users

Hello!

We recently had one user’s “hamburger” menu glitch and show only a square, black block. When asking other team members to replicate the error, no one was able to apart from the one specific user.

Thank you for reaching out to us. This looks like a browser specific issue. I tested my local setup that has burger menu in all modern browsers and I am not able to replicate the issue either. Can you please share the browser and OS details of the user who was able to replicate the issue? Also please share the site URL so we can take a look.

This issue was occurring within the Safari browser for our www.everlightstaff.com page within MacOS. Please let me know if there are any further details we can provide!

I have checked it in the Online Browser Testing tool but didn’t find the issue you described here. I would suggest you please provide any video that helps us recognize the problem.
And please mention the device, browser version, and operating system version you are using, which helps us replicate the issue at our end.
