Hamburger menu is different on different pages

Hi there,

For the websites https://naplesfamilyortho.com, there are two pages (about us, who we treat), the default and main navigation menu is not appearing. It changes on those two specific pages. Thank you so much!

I tried to access your site dashboard but the given login details are not working. Please recheck and send us again. Please make sure you set the same header for these pages.
