Hamburger icon not changing to X with touch

Hello,

I have a standard hamburger menu icon that changes to an X when clicked with a mouse, but it doesn’t change when tapped on a phone.

How can we get that icon to change whether clicked or tapped?

Hello There,

Thank for writing in! In touch devices, there is no click events. It will be tap events that will trigger the hamburger icon. I have tested your site on a mobile phone and I could not replicate the issue.
Here is what I am seeing as I tap the icon:

Please clear your phone’s browser cache and test again.

I cleared cache and still have the same problem.
It may be a Safari/iPhone issue.

I see the same problem on other sites I’ve built as well.

May I know what iPhone and IOS version you’re testing it with? Else, please update your IOS version and test it again.

I just had it tested on a Google Pixel phone and it works there. It looks like this is an iOS/safari problem. Are you able to test on iOS?

It works on Safari desktop.

Sorry for this issue. We have tested it and we can confirmed that this is a bug which only happens in iOS devices. Our developers have already been informed about this issue. once they fix this, it will be updated when we roll out our next release update cycle.
