H3 font displaying the same as paragraph font

Can you help me figure out why this text block content is not displaying any of the H3 font content any differently than paragraph font style?

Thanks for writing in!

It is not displaying properly because of its container. Please make sure to have the same containers or remove extra div containers which is evident in the screenshots.

• remove <div class="u-responsive-ratior">
• h3 should have the same class p4
• remove the span

If it helps, please provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings as well.

That seemed to clear things up after removing the conflicting span and the div
