Hello, I’m using Ethos 1 demo. In Ethos when I name the post title its considered an H1 heading, so my question is when I write my post should I use another H1 heading at the beginning of the post? I don’t want to be penalized by Google if this is considered to be wrong practice.

You can use another H1 if you judge the content very relevant, you won’t be penalized by Google.
