H1 automatic header SEO problem

Hello,

I have the new X Pro 1.1.1 theme and I have a problem.

An automatic H1 header is added to every page/post - when I made my own H1 I have two headers.

Mitja Dolinsek

This is the header’s code that is being automatically inserted into every page (the name is the same as my name in the WordPress settings):

DIGITAL MARKETING AGENCY MITJA DOLINSEK

The problem is not with the home page but with every other page because now my subpage has an H1 that is not related to what the page is about like this:
https://www.mitjadolinsek.com/avtonet/

I already went through all the theme options but I don’t know a lot about custom CSS coding.

How do I remove it?

Thank you in advance.

Best Regards

Hi,

To remove it, create file _brand.php in wp-content/themes/pro-child/framework/legacy/cranium/headers/views/global
and copy the code below into that file.

<?php
// =============================================================================
// VIEWS/GLOBAL/_BRAND.PHP
// -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
// Outputs the brand.
// =============================================================================
$site_name        = get_bloginfo( 'name' );
$site_description = get_bloginfo( 'description' );
$logo             = x_make_protocol_relative( x_get_option( 'x_logo' ) );
$site_logo        = '<img src="' . $logo . '" alt="' . $site_description . '">';
?>

<a href="<?php echo home_url( '/' ); ?>" class="<?php x_brand_class(); ?>" title="<?php echo $site_description; ?>">
  <?php echo ( $logo == '' ) ? $site_name : $site_logo; ?>
</a>

Please note that you need to create these folders in your child theme - legacy/cranium/headers/views/global

Hope that helps.
