Gridorama Issues

I purchased Gridorama and can’t figure out how to actually USE the templates. I’ve downloaded them and added them to my template manager. I can see them in there as four different types:

1. Header
2. Preset: Div
3. Preset: Dropdown
4. Preset: Grid

But when I’m actually building a new page in pro, they do not show as presets or templates for the Grid element. Some do show as presets in the div dropdown, but it’s not what was advertised: I’m not seeing pre-made anything. No examples where I can swap out text/images, etc.

What am I doing wrong?

You can find the Preset Gridorama in the Element List while adding it in the Page as shown in the following screenshot.

Could you please tell me what plugin is required for Gridlock Gallery template? When I try to use it, I get an error message:

Undefined Element: This element could not render because its definition is missing. You might need to activate a plugin.

Hi @ContagiousEvents,

You need to import the Gridlock Gallery template after downloading it from the Gridorama at your Themeco Account. And follow the same process as previous, but there is no additional Plugin is required for that.
