Grid with subheadings by category

Hi there, is there a way to create the following using “the grid” or “essential grid”:

Having one (!) grid displaying posts from one category, wich has several subcategories, beeing displayed like this:

Headline “Subkategory 1”
POST | POST | POST
POST | POST | …

Headline “Subkategory 2”
POST | POST | POST
POST | POST | …

and so on. Of cours I could make several sections with adding manual a heading for each category and adding a separate grid for each category, but I’d like to have a solution that works for new categorys without working on the page layout.

Any ideas?

Hi Uli,

Thank you for writing in, regretfully The Grid nor Essential Grid does not have that feature. You need to do a grid per sub-category manually as you explained above.
