Grid to remove “heart” icon

Is it possible with Grid to remove the “heart” icon? See www.diosdenhoorn.nl

Thanks for asking.

If you just want to remove heart icon, please add following CSS under X > Theme Options > CSS

.to-heart-icon {
    display: none !important;
}

If the requirement is to remove heart icon along with the count, please use following CSS instead:

.to-post-like {
    display: none !important;
}
