Hi there.

Please go the the Media settings of the Grid and set the images size to Original Size.

Hope this helps.

I see I wrote the grid. I meant essential grids.

Hi there,

Kindly read this article regarding the Image Sizes in Essential Grids:

Thank you.

I have read the article many times thinking I am overlooking something. No matter what I do or change the images appear the same.

all essential grids. In the previews it looks right but live it is not. Also are you able to see why the Grid 1 is not showing all of the pics.

Hi There,

I changed your grid settings > Media Ratio X:Y from auto to 4:4 and now your images are as you wanted.

Hope it helps!

Im having the same issue now with another grid. Looks good on desktop but is cropped on mobile. The “Products” grid.

Did you follow what @Joao did with your Products grid?

Your credentials are not working now. Please check.

Thanks.

I tried that and it didnt work.

Hi There,

You have tools and news grid no product grid, I checked tools and it looks fine.

Please clarify

Its under essential grids. The Products Grid

Hi there,

Please kindly consider that images will be cut off in mobile as the width of the viewport is completely different and the images are set as backgrounds in Essential Grid.

This is a web thing and you can not do a thing about. Please read this article regarding this:

http://css-plus.com/2012/01/bulletproof-full-page-background-images/

You need to hide the section which you added the Grid on mobile view and add another section which will show only on mobile, On that section use another version of the grid which has images proper for the size of mobile.

Thank you for your understanding.
