Grid Element Opacity being set to full despite different settings in the builder

Thanks for writing in! Please make sure that you are using the Pro 6.1.0 version. You will need to update your theme. And if using the latest version is not helping, please provide us with your WP details so we can check your grid element settings and figure out a solution to resolve your issue.

– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

Hello Gregory,

You are still using the Pro 6.0.1 version. This version has issues with colors using HEX values. Can you please update the Pro theme to version 6.1.0 instead? Make sure to clear all your plugin cache after updating.

Kindly let us know when the issue still happening after you have updated the Pro theme.
