Grid builder not loading

I’m trying to create a grid, but the builder is not loading. When I click the Create Grid button, there is only a blank section where the builder should be.
plugin Version 2.7.6.
WP version 5.5

Thanks for writing to us.

WordPress upgrade can be the reason for this issue, we are currently testing our themes and plugins with the updated version of WordPress, theme and bundled plugins will be released after it has passed our test.
Please check the version compatibility page if the latest versions of plugins are already available.

I would suggest you downgrade the WordPress version of your website, till the updated version of the theme & plugin is released.

Plugin version looks like it’s compatible. I don’t think that’s the problem.

I just tried to use Essential grid - it does not display post on page.

Hello Lonn,

I would suggest you downgrading WordPress to version 5.3. 5.3 is the recommended version and the one we currently support. I would also suggest you troubleshoot a few common issues too:

1. Theme Related Issue
2. Testing for Plugin Conflict
3. Child Theme Issue

If none of these helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– Specific Page URL, where you are having the issue.
– WordPress Admin username / password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
