Grey shadow in header - cannot remove it despite trying different options

Hi there, I have tried all fixes for box shadow on my website and just can’t work out what the issue is. I have disabled box shadow, I have set all values to 0, I can’t think what to do. Please help Thank you

Thanks for writing to us.

It seems that you are using a custom header where you have set the Header bar’s box shadow. I would suggest you go to the Header builder —>Header bar 2—>Design—>Box Shadow you need to disable it from here. Please have a look at the given screenshot given below.

Please note you must give the Username and Password both when you share the login details in the secure note. You have shared only passwords so we can not access your site with the only passwords.
