Hello, I have a weird issue where on this page https://www.warfighterscuba.org/become-a-warfighter-diver/ the form does not load on mobile devices. The contact form (https://www.warfighterscuba.org/contact-us/) does however load on mobile devices so it does not seem to be a gravity forms related issue. I do not see any JS errors or anything in console, can you please assist?
