Hi, I’m sure a while ago I looked at your extensions web page and it listed Gravity Forms, however it has now disappeared, is there any plan to include it in the future? Thanks

Thanks for writing in.

Gravity form is never part of the bundled plugins, it was only added as the recommended plugin (like woocommerce, bBpress, and etc.). And due to recent updates of their plugin, it caused consecutive conflicts for every version they released and it’s mostly layout and styling issue. Could be the reason it’s removed from recommended plugins.

I can’t answer if it’s going to be added as recommended in future. But, I may add this as a feature request.

Thanks for the reply and explanation, aha, that explains it, thank you! Would you not recommend using it then if it causes problems every version?

Hi there,

You should be able to use Gravity Forms but if in some cases that its feature would not work seamlessly as expected, we won’t be able to provide an in-depth support as it is not a plugin that we fully do a compatibility test with X.
