Gravity Forms Submissions not being received

I have a website client whos form submissions are not going through to the emails assigned consistently. They have a form for a signup registration that when filled out is supposed to be sent to 4 email recipients. The form submissions are not always being sent out. Yahoo, office 365, and Gmail are the email providers I believe.
Nothing has changed on their end since this form is not new they are wondering why suddenly they aren’t receiving the entries. Any thought?

Thanks for writing in! Could you please try following their troubleshooting guide and see if you can isolate the issue (https://docs.gravityforms.com/troubleshooting-notifications/).

Basically if you don’t have setup email account with SMTP, that should be the cause of your issue. You can read more information from here as well (https://wpmaster.com/fix-gravity-forms-notification-email-not-sending/).

They had tried those, but the weird part is that they are using 2 separate charter email accounts and sometimes one address will get the submission and others the same email account won’t, but the 2nd charter account does…

Is there a way to tell from the backside of the site is the form ever actually gets sent in to the emails? I know that gravity forms work through wp_mail, so is there any way to check if those get sent or if they are just floating somewhere?

The best way to resolve this is to do a WP Mail test using all the 4 email addresses that you are using.
